Finally! A high quality sway-bar disconnect for the Toyota 4Runner, Tacoma, FJ and GX. The APEX kwikLYNX allow you to easily disconnect and reconnect your sway-bar for off-road use. Doing so greatly improves your overall ride quality and off-road experience.

For Toyota/Lexus models:

  • 4Runner | 2003 - 2024 (4th & 5th Gen)
  • Tacoma | 2005 - 2023 (2nd & 3rd Gen)
  • FJ Cruiser | 2007 & Later
  • GX470 | 2003 - 2009
  • GX460 | 2010 & Later  

IMPORTANT! NOT COMPATIBLE WITH KDSS EQUIPPED VEHICLES. KWIKLYNX CAN BE ADAPTED TO THE GX460 BUT THE FACTORY KDSS SYSTEM MUST BE REMOVED. MUST SOURCE A REGULAR GX470/4RUNNER SWAYBAR TO USE IN PLACE OF THE KDSS SWAYBAR.

  •  If your vehicle is equipped with a TRD skid plate it will need to be trimmed to clear the air link.
  • If installing with uniball stye upper control arms, you will need to install using a M14x1.5 bolt. USE ONLY GRADE 10.9 BOLT! Bolt must not extend more than .900" from the bottom of the spindle surface.
  • Not compatible with aftermarket spindle gussets THEY ARE COMPATIBLE WITH OUR BOLT ON SPINDLE GUSSET

Great performance

Took the sway bar out about a year ago and my 2013 FJ CRUISER drove great off road but on highway was really scary but I didn’t want to go back installing the sway bar and loose the advantage that I gained off-road. Doing research I came to this product and I’m glad I pulled the trigger. Installing it’s not that hard but you’ll have to take your time and follow instructions. There’s a very intuitive video made by Apex, just follow it step by step and you’ll be fine. You need to have the tools though. On highway won’t notice the difference, independent front suspension off road feels smooth and does its job like it was meant for. Recommend 100%

Great Product, Great Instructions

These things are super well made and very easy to use. Install wasn't terribly difficult. I already had all of the tools, so that made things easier. Follow the instructions and you shouldn't have issues! One thing to note: the installation instructions are all for the driver side. I did the passenger side first, and got turned around a couple times while re routing the ABS line. Aside from that, install was a breeze.
