Finally! A high quality sway-bar disconnect for the Toyota 4Runner, Tacoma, FJ and GX. The APEX kwikLYNX allow you to easily disconnect and reconnect your sway-bar for off-road use. Doing so greatly improves your overall ride quality and off-road experience.

For Toyota/Lexus models:

  • 4Runner | 2003 - 2024 (4th & 5th Gen)
  • Tacoma | 2005 - 2024 (2nd & 3rd Gen)
  • FJ Cruiser | 2007 & Later
  • GX470 | 2003 - 2009
  • GX460 | 2010 & Later  
**IMPORTANT! KWIKLYNX CAN BE ADAPTED TO THE GX460 BUT THE FACTORY KDSS SYSTEM MUST BE REMOVED. MUST SOURCE A REGULAR GX470/4RUNNER SWAYBAR TO USE IN PLACE OF THE KDSS SWAYBAR.**

 - Not compatible with aftermarket spindle gussets  

 - If installing with uniball style upper control arms you will need to install using a M14 X 1.5 bolt. USE ONLY GRADE 12.9 BOLT! Bolt must not extend more that .900" from the bottom of spindle surface.

Great product

The product is 100% great and it perfoms perfect. The only problem is with the istalation but maybe is because of my skills!

OVERALL

so overall install wasnt that bad if you are capable. my truck isnt sketch anymore ive had no sway bar for about 2 years, the alignment of the holes for the sway brackets are off by about 3/8-1/2 inch but if you are just doing the bushing brakets its no issue, i have reservoir brackets that i had to modify to line up with the new holes, then realized i didnt need to. take your time with the sway bar holes their recommendations for the drilling time is proper and the instructions are great. i cut a little too much off for the shock bracket but plan to weld it back together for strength. the valve for the shock is a pain to get to in the up position but possible. so far no complaints and feels nice and tight, the included crowsfoot for the links is nice although be careful is is soft since its just cut from mild steel.
