Refund policy
Damages & Returns
Please immediately inspect your purchase upon delivery. Any shipping damages must be reported to APEX within 7 days. Shipping Damages noted after 7 days cannot be submitted for claim. Please retain all packaging and send photos if possible.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returns must be in new and unused condition.
It is the customer’s responsibility to remove the product from the vehicle. The product/s must be returned in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
Returns without an RMA/pre-authorization will be charged 20% restocking fee. Refunds, if any, will reflect this.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days. Please note: Refunds may take up to two weeks to process after we receive your return.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@apexdesignsusa.com
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s (for refunds, exchanges, repairs, or warranty service). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
International Returns: we are unable to create a return label for orders outside of the USA. It is the customer's responsibility to package and return the item to us. Customs duties (if any) paid by APEX upon receipt of the item will be deducted from the customer's refund.
Repairs
- Our goal is to repair everything we can, but each repair is different—and some things we cannot repair at all. Before sending us your repair, please send us an email (info@apexdesignsusa.com) so that we can determine if it is repairable and give you return instructions. All repairs require a return/repair authorization via email.
- We strive to bring your item back to like-new condition using similar components and hardware. When original materials aren’t available, the item’s integrity is our top priority. Component colors/finishes may not be an exact match, but we’ll do our best to find the closest match possible.
- We charge round-trip shipping on all repairs (unless you send the item in on your own and have provided us the tracking number). The repair work will incur a minimal fee. APEX does not aim to profit from repairs and will only charge you for parts needed for the repair. Hint: the nicer (and more forthcoming about the reason/s for the damage) you are to us, the less it typically costs.
Limited Warranty
WARNING: Neither APEX Designs & Performance Products, LLC nor the seller will be liable for any loss, damage, or injury directly or indirectly arising from the use of or inability to determine the use of these products. Before using, the user shall determine the suitability of the product(s) for its intended use(s), and the user shall assume all responsibility and risk in connection therewith.
Apex Designs & Performance Products, LLC warrants APEX products to the original retail purchaser to be free of defects in material and workmanship.
This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to: (a) transportation; (b) storage; (c) improper use; (d) failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; (e) modifications; (f) unauthorized repair; (g) normal wear and tear; (h) product finish; (i) improperly installed or applied products; (j) improperly maintained products; (k) products used for any racing or competition; or (l) external causes such as accidents, abuse, neglect or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control. The following will VOID the warranty: (a) improper installation; (b) failure to properly maintain product; (c) use of product for racing or competition; (d) neglect or abuse.
All APEX products are warrantied to be free of defects in material and workmanship for two years from date purchased, as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which products were originally installed, unless otherwise specified. It is the customer’s responsibility to remove the product from the vehicle. Inbound shipping charges (from you to us) are the responsibility of the customer. APEX will evaluate the product to determine the appropriate resolution. The first step in the warranty process is to repair the product. If the product cannot be repaired and a replacement is deemed necessary, a refurbished unit may be provided, subject to availability.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
